I've been trying to get in touch with you about my order.

How is it coming along? Now that the Blade Show is over, any chance you're able to work on it some?

I've tried emailing you a few times over the last 3 weeks at the address listed on this forum, but I didn't get a reply. Is your email ok?

that would exactly be why. somehow I missed getting the new one, and I still have the old one in my address book.
