I just spoke with Leroy yesterday and had no trouble getting through to him. I double checked his number in the newsletter and it is correct.

Waited a few minutes...tried again...and got through! Leroy told me he hadn't had any problems that he knew of, but another customer told him about getting an "Out of service" message also...Leroy said "Forest fires maybe"???
Anyway, I did get through finally, and am going ahead with his instructions...
So...If you don't get through...Try, try again!
