Paid for subscription, but cannot post items for salee

I just paid for a subscription, so I can sell items. Howver, there is still no button with which I can offer things for sale (I'm an individual putting things up for sale). What can we do about this.

Thanks RedDevil. I paid for basic, not for gold by the way.

But when I followed your link to where I can select gold membership and I selected it (and pressed "save"), but I still cannot post in the B/S/T section (there is not a "New optic" button)

Anything else you can do to can help me?

Some additional info, Here I opted for the gold membership (and yes, I pressed the "update display group"option"):

At the risk of (me) misunderstanding, did you click the subforum you want to make your thread in? For example, if you want to sell a Buck knife, click on that topic from your screenshot above, and there should be a ( + Post New Thread )

Yhanks for you r efforts, RedDevil, but unfortunately it is still not working.

I hope I interpret you instructions correctly. This is what I did (after already have paid for a supscription and having myself identified as a gold menber).

When I go to the main forum page I see the following:



I then click on the link "For sale by individuals" (red ovale in the above picture) and I get the following screen:



As you can see there is no button to post a topic.

It works now! Thanks! My mistake is that I did click the subforum, but there was another subforum in there that I didn't click.

Yea, I was going to say, you have to keep going. Pick a forum and post away. Make sure you read the sticky thread at the very top, the one highlighted in yellow.
