Please update your usergroup to show you have a paid membership. To do this Click on Settings (top right) -> Permissions Groups and update.
Looks as though your membership went through so you have the ability to send a private message. Although you can only send private messages to those that have the option turned on or are at least basic paying members. Anyone with registered user underneath their screen name cannot receive private messages.
