Paid Membership Issue

I paid for a gold membership a week ago through Paypal but haven't recieved it yet. I emailed Spark a few days ago and still no change. I know he is a very busy man so I understand.

I figured that my Last gold membership wouldn't run out until December because I prorated a basic membership last year on to my Gold one that I bought a few weeks later. I don't think it ever actually got prorated since it did not extend my gold membership.

Any help with these issues would be appreciated.
 
Keep this at the top, Spark will see it when he rotates back soon. He can look into the payment dates and prorataion issue from the previous time as well as get you activated.
