Paid membership not showing up

I paid for a 3 year knifemaker membership a couple months ago for a sub forum. I think my previous 1 year just expired but my 3 year did not activate properly.

The 3 year payment was submitted 2-14-24 Paypal transaction ID 1CB200074D2918632
