Paid Membership

I sent in a payment via PayPal for a Basic membership a few days ago, but I am still listed as a Registered Member. Not sure if it went through. How long does that take to change ? Also may want to upgrade to Gold member. What do I do next? Thanks.

Thanks for supporting the site. Your paid membership is already active. All you need to do is update you user group settings. Follow the link below and select the membership you paid for.

Pay for the Gold membership level you want.

Check http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/profile.php?do=editusergroups to see when the new membership is live, then start a thread in Tech Support at http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/f...upport-General-Q-amp-A-Site-Feedback-amp-More to ask Spark to pro-rate your remaining Basic time to your new Gold membership.

I'm trying to go Gold.

Did the payment yesterday morning. Still does not allow me to change my user group. I e-mailed the contact us link and also sent an e-mail to Spark (reluctantly). I really do not want to be a bother. It's just time I go Gold.

Part of my issue may be because I did it without being logged in..filled out the required fields and followed instructions as best I understood them.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Sorry guys, I need a little help here too.

I've been a registered member here for years. I just paid for my gold membership (it was about time!). I'm trying to update my user group but when I click on the link that Morrow posted above I get a message on a page that says "There are currently no public usergroups available for you to join."

Can anyone tell me where I find the page to update my status to Gold Member?

DEMO111, it depends on when you paid and how. Spark may have to enter it manually and he is out of town this week. Keep checking that link.

I think Spark may have to enter PayPal anually. He's at the SHOT Show this week, so after the weekend he can get to it. (The membership starts when he actually enters it, not when you paid, so you won't lose time.)
