Paid membership?

Paid for a membership a week ago, bank took out the cash, under my profile still says registered user, how do I get it to say member and get the benifits of a paid member?
 
Go to Settings at the top right, then Permission group at the middle left, then click the membership level. If the level you paid for isn't there, I can't help ya.

If that works, come back and post here.
 
I did what you said and it says default registered user and under that it says Basic membership.
