Paid Subscription Mess Up

While attempting to renew my Gold membership I unfortunately used the page for buying the membership for another user, using my own username. My account does not show the upgrade. How do I go about canceling this transaction and doing it correctly through the Paid Subscriptions page? Spark

Although I didn't do it the correct way, the subscription must have taken some time to take affect.
