A few things to get on hand for Spark, as he is the only person that can verify, is how you paid and the transaction number. Both of those should have been e-mailed to you when you signed up.
The transaction number is vital as so many people sign up for memberships here.

You disputed the membership charge so it was cancelled automatically by paypal. If you'd like it reinstated, please cancel the dispute. In the meantime, if you can't handle getting infractions, that's not a cause for paypal dispute. Disputing your membership charges is cause for us to lock your account.
