Paid subscription, won't allow messages

I just paid for my basic membership a few weeks ago, but I still cannot send or receive any messages. Says "message limit reached" or somesuch. I haven't sent or received a single message since paying.

Sounds like your inbox is full. You will have to delete some to make room. To delete them go to the conversation and click leave conversation. You can also download them and then delete them to free up room.
