Paid to upgrade account but can't post in knife exchange

Hi, apologies if this is the wrong place to post this but I upgraded to Gold membership and was hoping to post some for sale, but I don't see a "post thread" button so I'm assuming the site thinks I'm still a basic member? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance

There's no Gold banner under your name, so seems like something happened with your upgrade.

Check your payment first
Then ask BF admins

I paid a week ago, I'm happy to do that if you can tell me how? I've used the contact link and I thought this was where to post for help - apologies if this is the wrong place, can you tell me the best way to do that? Thanks again, this is really frustrating.
 
Sorry about the delay, you upgraded on Monday using the non-automated system and somehow it got marked as done by accident. Regardless, it's fixed
