...and still get "There are currently no public usergroups available for you to join." message. How long does it usually take to process the payment?

It usually takes up to 72 hrs for spark to manually enter and activate accounts paid by paypal. Sometimes it can take a little longer, depending on how busy he is. Keep this thread bumped and be patient and i'm sure he will process you as soon as he's able.
