Painted my CRKT Ripple

I never liked the finish on the ripple, but it was the best knife I could find in an emergency situation at Walmart. I was going to paint it black, but decided that I have enough "basic black" knives. I saw the blue CRKT version, and I liked it, but wanted it a little darker. I landed on a darker metallic blue.

Hmm... that looks really good like that. Nice blue color! What did it look like before?

I like it! Wonder how it'll hold up though. Spray paint I'm assuming?

Yes, it's spray paint, I hope it'll hold up, but there are a couple of spots that rubbed off a little when I cleaned it up afterwards.

It looked kind of like this, but with less regular "worn" parts.

Here's what inspired me to go blue.

That blue one looks sweet and its also a framelock. I think it can be acquired for about $75. Although for the spray paint. I heard once you spray the parts, it helps to bake it in the oven for a more durable coating. Dont know for how much time nor the degrees though
