I received the Proto for John's newest design and his work is exemplary..... :thumbup:
I'm a sucker for a tapered-tang, especially when it's wrapped in red-lined OD green Micarta and perfectly finished. The overall fit, finish, grinds, and polish is absolutely 1st Class and the lines are superb.
His leather work fits great and is very nice....I opted for a pocket-sheath with a static-cord ala JPC (aka Joe Paranee Carry) on this one.
Yes, I enjoy 'sets'.
