Hi guys, new to this forum. Digging through my late step Dad's stuff I came accross two matching folders and have no idea how old they might be:
Both are about 6 inches long, very thin, appear to have pearl handle inserts or covers, and have these markins stamped into the blades:
SFB
33P
Japan
Thanks much!

i remember having one like it though i cant be shure if its the same knife as mine is long gone. 35 years ago.

Oh those are Saber mother of pearl handled(although those might not be MOP, it's hard to tell from the pics) melon testers. I have two of those myself. i can't say much about their age but they are used by fruit growers to cut a slice of their product to test in the field or for people at large produce markets to cut a piece for testing.
