Hi folks,

Now that the Arizona summer seems to have FINALLY broken, I've started back into working on some knives again after a few months off. This fun pair was born from a short length of 3" wide x 1/4" thick 5160 along with a little bit of late-night inspiration.

1) Tactical Pocket Box Cutter:

-Hollow ground 1/4" 5160
-Short 1.5-2 finger tang
-Mill scale, rounded mill edges, and heat treat coloration were left intact to contrast with the finished surfaces.
-Sheath is a black handsewn and wet-molded Wickett & Craig pocket sleeve

2) Tactical Pocket Micro Scimitar:

-Flat ground 1/4" 5160
-3 finger tang w/ Tru-oiled Black Walnut scales
-Mill scale, rounded mill edges, and heat treat coloration were left intact to contrast with the finished surfaces.
-Sheath is a dark brown handsewn and wet-molded Wickett & Craig pocket sleeve

Thanks for looking!

Sweet!

I especially like the pocket box cutter, looks like it'd fit nice and comfortably in the back pocket.

Nice sheaths too.

You know, you should really get a website to showcase your work.
No need for anything complicated. I am no pro but I'll gladly give any help I can if you need some.

Good idea, Patrice...I'll send you a PM/email.

Those are cool Paul!

Thanks for the nice words, Tai!

Like the looks of the box cutter. Something like that would be almost perfect here at work (lots of tape and boxes to tear down).
