Pancake, low profile, horizontal carry leather holster for Buck 110

Summer is on the way, and for me that means T shirt time. I love the Buck 110. I have a truly gorgeous custom made leather holster already, but what I found out from last season is that my T shirts keep getting caught on it, or it sticks out so far there is a big bulge. Does anyone know of a company which offers open top, low profile (slender) holster/sheath for the 110?
