Dan, The compressor specs say it "produces" 4CFM, whereas the vac aspirator says it needs 4.2CFM. It also says the sustained airflow is only 1.1. This would suggest that your compressor would be running near constantly until you get the chamber evacuated and closed off, and may not be capable of working effectively at all. If it works, it's gonna put the burn on that compressor. I have a pancake style in addition to a 20gallon unit. We recently did a lot of nailgun work in a remodel and that little compressor got hotter than heck running near constantly. Mine is a Craftsman "Professional", and, to be honest, I am not overwhelmed with it's performance.

I would personally recommend saving a bit if necessary to buy a unit with a bigger tank.

I just checked one other thing. That ad claims 250watts. There's 760 watts per HP in an induction motor. My little pancake has a "3.5HP" motor. I don't know squat about electricity, so maybe I am misinterpreting.
