Panel Loading Packs?

I'm looking for a panel loading pack. Does anyone know of any "tactical" packs that are panel loaders?

Does anyone have a Kifaru Navigator? I really like this pack from what I saw on their website but the price is a sticking point.

Lets start with, RAID pack, Eagle A-III, Blackhawk's, there are alot of panel loaders out there.
