I have been thinking about using this name for my knife making for a while now and would like to know what you folks think about it? I live in the north west Florida, the Florida panhandle.
Also, does anyone know if this name is already being used? I know Texas and Oklohoma have panhandles, and maybe more states have em. Be brutal and lemme know if you think it stinks or if you like it. Thanks folks!

I think that people prefer to know who they are dealing with and that is why I operate under my name not a cute made up name.

Michael, I see nothing wrong with Cooper Knives.Besides Panhandle Knife Works is alot to put on a stencil.LOL.Dave:D

When someone says "Panhandle" I assume the TEXAS panhandle. I opened this Thread because I thought there was a new knifemaker from Texas pushing his wares. :D

I actually like it, L6. It'd look nice superimposed over an outline of FL as well.

i am with sparks on this one about the panhandle name and the state both in the logo. the reason i use RHINO CUSTOM KNIVES and the rhino head logo then laurence segal.
i wanted to relay a feeling, the animal is tough, strong, and agile, like my knives. also the theme takes you back since the rhino is a tracing of a cave painting thats about 10,000 years ago. and the knife being our first tool it relays that i make no BS working tools. so L-6 tell these nay sayers too go jump in the lake. there are no rules, dare to follow your heart. you can see mine L-6 just go to my site

I SHALL make the decision!!!!!:p Just put Michael on ONE side and Panhandle on the other superimposed over the State of Fla. Just make sure you have a 36" blade!!!!!;) ;) :p
L6 you are the BOSS......
