Panic

This morning I'm putting my AD in the case because I needed a folder for the days activities.

Anyway as I set the AD into it's place where is my Meaner, it wasn't in it's place. The sheath was laying where it should be but no Meaner.

I start going down the mental check list of Meaner activity in the past few days trying to think of where it may be and why I didn't grab the sheath and :grumpy: I start walking around the basement, where is my Meaner, where is my Meaner

Running out of time I go to close and lock the display. And there it was, my Meaner just sitting on the second shelf right in front of my face the whole time.

Life pre coffee can be challenging at times.

Wow - that is a scary story.

I have been there and done that ! Or the time I could not find one - I looked and I looked and finally remembered that I had traded it for the knife I was currently carrying .....

And yes it was early - pre coffee - one morning.......

Did the same thing with my wallet last night. Took out everything from my pockets and no wallet.

"Hmmm. . . lemme check em all again." Nope, no wallet. Severe panic. Where did I leave it? In the car when I got gas? Where where where????

It was in yesterday's pants. Worst is I was drivin an carryin - without my lic's on me. EEEK! No ID or anything. Never done that before.
