Hey guys.

I've been lurking around for a while, posting a little every now and then, but I've never actually said "Hello."

So "Hello everyone." I dig this subforum. I check this one and the ESEE subforum every morning and night. Kind of addicting:rolleyes:

Anyway, I am getting a new Turley Dogwood Creek in the next couple of weeks. Been on order since January:eek: I'm pretty excited about the knife as I think it'll be a fine woods blade. Only problem is it doesn't come with a sheath.

That's where you guys come in. I'm looking to have a good leather sheath made for it. Any suggestions?

I have a JRE bushcraft sheath for my Bark River and one of Koyote Girl's fine sheaths for my Koyote EDC.

Both of these sheaths are fantastic. Top shelf craftsmanship all the way around. Just wanting to broaden my horizons a bit and see what else is out there.

Oh yeah. Looking to keep it around $50-$60.

Thanks for the help.

A fine resource indeed Skab!

Out of curiosity, where does one obtain the materials and tools to make a leather sheath?

Thanks for the suggestions everyone.

Looks like there is a bit of expense involved in initial setup costs to make my own sheaths. I'll have to work on acquiring all the necessary tools. But for now I think I'm going to have a professional make me a sheath.

Any other recommendations would be appreciated.
