This Flat Grind knife is made from 1/8" 01 Tool Steel Bar Stock. The total length of the knife is 9 1/4". The Blade is 4 1/4". At the widest part, the blade is 1 3/16" wide.

This knife handle is Black Paper Micarta with Red Vulcanized Spacers. The Lanyard has two beads that have been handturned, using the same material as the handle. The two 1/4" Mosaic Pins were handmade, by me. The blade has been patina etched to add dimension.

I do love making knives. It is my passion, my art. Every knife that I make is for sale and it is still a thrill when each of them sell!!

Thanks for looking,
Rick

I just finished a knife that I forged from O1 and I left it in a hammer or forge finish. I really like the finish on your knife. How did you do that if you don't mind me asking?

S, 69 and Keith, Thank you for the nice comments.
Sph, The short answer is a mustard patina. If you'd like, you can send me your e-mail and I'll send you the more, longer answer. I'll be happy to share, it's just kind of tedious to post the whole thing here.
