Paper wheel advice

I looked at that wonderful thread with paper wheel set ups.
Here is my question.
I have a 1200RPM beldor type motor double sided buffer.
1/2 rod to hold em and up to 8 inch wheel.

Where do I find good paper wheels?
Will the 1200RPM suffice as this is a single speed meant for buffing plastics and such?

I typically sharpen on ceramics and about a 4-6 k finish I would assume and strop the edge.
Not mirror polish by any means. Just clean and sharp at 30 to a 40 micro.

How would the paper wheel effect my process for touch ups .
Or do I scrap all of that for the wheel and just strop.
I hope all of this makes sense.
I would like a mirror edge easily or close to it.
from where I leave off from the fine ceramics and strop.

Thank you in advance.
Matt

Actually I think that motor you have is the ideal speed for wheels--buffing or paper for sharpening. You may or may not be able to get a finer polish on your blades over a 30-40 micron finish. But.... I think that a paper wheel with the finest compound you can get at 1200 rpm will give you the best chance of doing so.
