Since this is my own design and I am affectionately known as Pappy by my grand children,I've named it Pappy's Jack Knife.
This knife is 3 3/16" long closed.
BLADE: 2 1/4" X .075",flat ground to .010" before sharpening 60.3 Rc,Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel,hand finished to 400 grit.
FRAME: Integral bolster/liner/caps of 416 stainless steel,hand finished to 1000 grit,jeweled inside.
PIVOT: 3/16" bronze bushing,bronze anti scratch washers.
SCALES:a beautifully matched pair of pearl,highly polished.
This knife can be seen at my table at the upcoming A.G. Russell Knife Event.

I like that very much Calvin. Lovely piece of handle material and a very clean looking knife.

Maybe it'll win you another prize at the Russell event ;-)

Than you for the compliment. It's a shame that I couldn't take a decent photo of this knife,it really looks much,much,better than it does in the photos here.
It would be nice to win another award from A.G. And Goldie.
Are you going to be at the show this year?
 
I wish I could Calvin. But my wife is getting a new kitchen this summer and there isn't a lot of play money left for me and tickets are expensive.

I'm hoping to be able to visit the US with my wife sometime next year.
