Hey, I want to put a set of nice custom scales on my PM2 but I cant find a single set that are tip down like i prefer. Can anyone help me find some scales???

For tip-down replacement scales, you may have to have them made. There are several knife modders on the boards that can fix you up with any kind you want. DOAT (Death of All Things), Keyman, Boomer52, and some others I've forgotten all make beautiful scales and they can be tip up or down... your preference.
