My first pocket knife was a SS endura bought many years ago and I carried it mostly unaware of it's awesomeness (6-7 years?). I lost it in the woods which started a long search for the perfect EDC to fill it's shoes. Fast forward a couple years and a couple grand later....and I'm back with a spydie-hole under my thumb! I had fun buying and selling high-end production and custom knives trying to scratch the itch, but I've come to the realization that the Spyderco design elements just can not be topped. I received a Paramilitary 2 a couple days ago and feel like I'm home again...it just feels perfect...and for $100 I feel it has to be the best value to performance pocket knife in production. Ok, I'll stop nerding-out now,

If it makes u feel any better I have allways been a fixed blade kinda guy (ESSE/ RAT) Once I bought me PM2... I cant stop carrying it. I carried my Izula for about 2 years & have a BHK Frontier First Patch, but this thing is just awsome. Just bought a Dodo & can't wait for it to come in. Congrats man, great knife :)
 
Spyderco has spoiled me for other Production Folders, as well.

They're my first recommendation for anyone buying a knife.
