Para 3 LW spinning screws - solved.

Just picked up a LNIB Para 3 in the B/S forum. The knife arrived with a little bit of a sticky action so I proceeded to disassemble. The rear clip screw spins. And the clip side screw near the compression lock also spins. Any tricks of the trade?

Thanks ahead.

Got it off. The FRN was rounded so the squared edge of the pin wasn't grabbing. White threadlocker didn't help. Knock-off? Maybe. Previous owner stripped it? Maybe. Good seller support or even a darn that sucks? Nope.
But it's my own damn fault - trying to save a buck. ( :

Been there! Bought a Maxamet LW Manix.. Seller had put a "sharpening choil" in..
Got it and my first cut, was slicing a 1/4" limb, off a jagger bush... SNAP!

Blade broke at the sharpening choil..

His reply was something like. "Guess it's better to buy a new knife, that you plan on using"..

Not a "that sucks" or anything..

I don't even think about buying anything with a sharpening choil, anymore.
I don't like em anyways. Just catch on shit.
