Anyone know where to find some new hardware for the para 3 lw? I'm looking for bronze screw sets but the only 2 sets I can find are on the bay and they are purple or blue...not finding much out there for the lw model.

Might be your opportunity to try your hand at a fun little project. I have yet to anodize Ti myself but it is my understanding that it is a fairly simple process and can even be done with household materials. Perhaps you could pick up a set of the purple or blue, strip the ano, and re-anodize bronze?

If the bronze color is all you are going for and you're not too concerned about them being titanium, you can always bronze the existing hardware with heat/flame. There are many YouTube tutorials out there with different methods. I did it to the hardware on my Dragonfly (also with some Hinderer hardware) on my gas stove and I was pleased with the results.

Maybe neither one of these ideas appeal to you, but they are options, and it could be fun to do yourself.

Hey that looks great. Never even thought to do it myself. Didnt even know you could color up steel like that. Thought it had to be titanium to get any color. Definitely going to give her a try. I think the black handle/black blade combo on the para3 lw will look really good with a bronze lynch clip and bronze hardware.

Check Etsy.
I can’t say for sure that you’ll find any for the LW, but there’s lots of pocket clips/back spacers/Ti hardware.

Went to take my screws off and their black screws lol...so cant bronze those...of course spyderco is no help whatsoever when it comes to getting different screws. Wont sell you any or even tell you the sizes so you can try to track them down. I mean seriously what's the harm is selling screws for your knives.

No
They're too busy selling the same knife 17 times with 17 different steels to the same schmucks to worry about screws that cost 0.5 cents a pop!
No kidding. It's my one issue with them. I have a whole bunch of spyderco knives and love them but I wish the company was a little more customer friendly when it came to stuff like that. It's not like I'm asking for new scales, a new compression lock or a new blade. Just screws!

Check again. I found them in bronze easy enough on the site you found the blue and purple hardware on.

I see now they have some in gold ( they didn't this morning) but for $17 for just 2 screws and $20 for the other 1 screw in the back...rip off. And they don't have the pivot screws anyways. I only see single and pairs of screws and they are ridiculously priced.

Not sure what you're looking at, but I see a set of 6 screws (2 scale, 1 pocket clip, 1 stop pin, 2 pivot screws) in bronze for under $20 from a very well known anodizer. If you had a paid membership I could send you a message with a link. Really though... It's a 100% custom set of screws that are aesthetic and don't affect the performance of the knife at all, it's not like they are at all necessary. I think the pricing is just fine. Custom machiners/anodizers have to make money too. You gotta pay to play and all that.

Be thankful you're not dealing with a Delica which requires completely custom screws and sleeves for both sides if you want the knife to match. It cost me about $100 just for the screws for this thing and I still feel that was fair for the amount of work that was necessary.
