Para 3 vs. Para 3 LW ???

I have following question.
Is a blade swap between this models possible ??

From what I understand is that, it is not officially approved/announced by the manufacturer. But Some of that have tried did not have issues.

I have done it twice without problem. The first time for maxamet, the second for rex45 (which was short-lived because I then got the rex45 lightweight version). Hope it works out for you.
