Para Cord my Spyderco Stretch

How do you wish to wrap it? Since its a folder you will either not be able to open it or close it if you wrap it :-P

If you mean make a lanyard, have a look at the following:

Excuse me. I'm not thinking clearly<Scotch. The issue is my knife handle is too thin. I loved this aspect in the beginning of our relationship. It's just, now I need a thicker grip. I was just holding her and thinking how my 100 foot piece of para cord sitting here would make a nice grip. God bless for your reply. What I ultimately want is a thicker bolster on my beloved Stretch. Ideas?

Is it the stainless steel model with FRN inserts in the handle?

If it is, it looks like it has screw holes in all 4 positions for the clip, maybe make some thicker scales and attach them via those screw holes, and put the clip back on with slightly longer screws? Or replace the inserts with a thicker material. All you need for either operation is to be able to cut the material, make holes and bevel the edges for comfort.

Maybe some G-10 or micarta slabs (available from various online stores like http://www.knifekits.com). Make sure you wear a dust mask when cutting either.

I unfortunately can't think of a way for you to utilize your paracord for it, someone else may have an idea for that.

It's the SS model with the rubber skins. I'm thinking take the rubber off and fill it with epoxy. I'm also thinking stone. Someone with skills is needed. There are others that want this done too.

Your are thinking along the same lines. It's just, who can do this? Me? Paul from this forum had it done in some kind of olive wood or something. Turned out really nice.

Checking out knife kits now.

I believe the gentleman who did the work for The Deacon was Steve Rice, a gentleman who has his own forum here. Go to the Makers section and click on "STR's Backyard Knifeworks"
