I know I know.. Im really late joining the party. I've read all the hype.. I've owned plenty of nice knives including spydercos so I KNEW it was going to be a sweet blade.. But even after knowing all o that, I was unprepared. I ALWAYS can find something I'd like to have different.
Well, Its nicer than I thought it was going to be. Its everything I read about (egos, smooth, the great jimping yada yada) but what I didn't realize, because I ordered without holding it, is that the size.. is perfect. Ive had many EDC that I liked a lot
that I wised were just a smidge larger or smaller.. basically I've always wanted THIS size. Also.. the weight, OMG the weight is just a bit less than I was expecting and in a great way. This will be replacing an Emerson that Ive been EDCing and while I like the Emerson
its a bit heavy some of the time. I know that the last thing you guys want to read is ANOTHER gushing para2 thread but listen.. I LOVE folders like this and Im soooooo frigging picky. I've been searching for perfection for years and years and thousands of dollars.
(strider, chris reeve, benchmade, hinderer, spyderco, emerson, etc.,) I have to use this one for a while but so far I can't find anything I'd change. Sal.. you NAILED IT. Could this be it? The end of the quest?
Edit- Almost forgot another important win for this folder.. $140. As much as I love SNG's and I've owned 6 or 7.. that price tag always bothered me. Whereas with the Para2 I feel like I got a bargain and its not so expensive that I'll hesitate to use it in every instance.
