Para2 Blade Stop Pin Screw Loctited?

I cannot break loose one of the screws in the blade stop pin on one of my Para2s. Are these held on with red Loctite or something?

Anyone know an easy way to break the screw loose without damaging the stop pin, or anything else, in the process?

They should be loctited. You can try using a soldering iron to heat the screw or soaking in very hot water for a few minutes.
