Was surprised and quite pleased to find this piece of goodness in the mail today! I had preordered it some time ago, so I wasn't really expecting it. I've been carrying my standard P2 for awhile now, and it'll be sweet to mix it up with this one for Edc.

I guess I'd rather the screws be black, and the clip a matte finish, but I can't really complain as it's a darn fine looking knife.

Got mine today too! From good ol' Howe's knife shop. They always leave pleasant surprises in my mail box. And this one was especially good
 
I got my Digi Para 2 (Satin though) from Jim at Howe's on Friday. Carried it all weekend. What a great knife! Any details on the Carpenter sprint run?
 
Yeah. Wish the counters had a matte finish too! Late nite photos, best I could do;)

Pre-ordered the Carpenter back in January too, kinda went on a kick. The Brown Millie, blue trans Manix, and on and on:eek:
 
I think i have three or more preorders from Jim coming. It's so bad I forgot

Dunno. IMHO I think the hardware does not match the black clip but the rest is gorgeous. I'll wait till they switch to the black hardware.
 
Looks really great (except for the silver colored screws). I hope they go to all black hardware soon. I have a black bladed G10 P2 on order at CS. I figured the extra cost for the black blade model was about the same as the cost for ordering a black replacement clip from Spyderco so I might as well go for the black blade version which comes with a black clip. I'm hoping by the time my order gets filled, they will be coming with black screws. It's one occasion where I'm not in a hurry to have my order filled (since I already have a satin bladed Para 2).
 
Very nice... I agree about the mismatch of colors, but cool knife anyway.

I sold off the standard black G10 version - now thinking about the regular digicam.

Agree, wish the black version did as well. I got a set of black screws and put them in by black G10 version, will probably do the same for this one.

Nice looking knife and the photos were good also. I should have my hands on my first Para2 anyday now. Hopefully this weekend !!!!
