Cool! I've always wanted to make my own hammock from paracord. You may need to loop each end through a ring though to use it functionally.

nice job.. i was planning on doing the same thing to sleep near the fire in the wild instead of taking risk with my warbonnet black bird silnylon hammock.

There was some thread on the subject at hammockforums dot net and got discouraged by the possible heavier weight of the paracord..

How much does it weight exactly ?
