Just for funzies I thought I’d take a pic of most my skeleton handles knives. Have a few others but didn’t feel like digging them out. Also have a Busse skelly warden and another swamp warden but there put up. Anyways post up your handle wrapped knives 83BAB04B-3964-4E7A-BC4C-7C5C9CBAB3DF.jpeg

Yes I did them. The top one is a little sloppy but was my first try at that style. I wrap them as tight as I can then run them under super hot water to “shrink” them. Not sure if that really does anything but was suggested to me years ago by a fellow.

It started out with a paracord wrapped handle, but didn't stay that way for very long.

Very nicely done! And good tip about the hot water, got to try it out.

Did you not like it??
It looks great, but I don't like the way it feels in my hand when I'm using it compared to regular scales. I have a lot of paracord and at some point I'll start using it make some lanyards for some of my knives (it's currently something I use around the yard as cord) and I used the paracord from this knife to repair some netting.

Yes that is a chance but they can be cleaned with dish soap and hot water usually. Only time I have had to replace is blood from hunting and fishing or bored and want a new color.
