im about to order another becker necker and im wondering what color paracord i should wrap it in.

any one have a favorite color for wrap?
 
Neon yellow, or bright safety orange. Anything that I can see at dusk, when I drop my knife into mud or in a bush/pile of leaves.
 
OD Green is my fave... what color is the knife? Black coating with OD green paracord looks great IMO, but it's totally a user preference kind of thing. I am also completely missing 1 out of 3 cones in the eye that detects color, so I am colorblind and my opinion is just that... MY OPINION. What looks good to me looks very different to people who do not have a color deficiency.

My camera is not colorblind though!

The cool thing is that you can change the wrap that you have on it whenever you want. It's not a permanent at all, and when you get bored of it, you can just re-wrap it. Just get like 5 different colors of 550 paracord and change it every week if you want.

I had a heap of lanyards with snake knots made for me. Multi cam looks great.:thumbup:

Exactly. I plan (for now anyway) to leave it wrapped until I get it bloody this hunting season. After that, it might have to go au naturale for the remainder of the season.
 
i wrapped my izula in OD green and hunter orange combo. i just ordered the BK necker and it will be wrapped in hunter orange. my question is, how do you wrap the BK necker? anyone have a write up on that?

You can wrap it just like you do you Izula. One of the Youtube guys had three or four wrap styles (basket, strider, something else) for the Izula and I've played with all of them on the BK-11.

Having done all of those, I like the simple wrap around the frame thing from the picture a few posts back.
 
I'll try to post picture, but I have a black and coyote brown wrap on a bowie of mine, and it looks quite nice to me.
