Paracord knife guards with Kydex?

I just received my first Busse today! It is a new NMSFNO.


I am looking at putting paracord hand guard on it.

I was wondering if this would work with a Kydex sheath that I also plan on making. Does anyone have this set up?

I just made one for my new Sarge-7 and it worked fine. Just don't weave the paracord too close to where the cord will go into the kydex if that makes sense. This is my first go at this so you've probably seen better. I also did a king cobra weave so I got around 15' into it. Still not sure if I like it or not so I may take it back off.
