I have been trying to come up with ways to carry paracord on my sheaths that's not bulky or obtrusive. I got inspiration from the Airkat sheaths and how they were wrapped in paracord, so I gave it a go. The RC-3 has about 25feet and the RC-6 has about 50feet (25 in black and 25 in olive).

What do you think? How do you carry paracord on your rig?

I think it looks like sh!t, but who cares. You got a ton of cord on there and that's what you set out to do. Good on ya!

rofl dylside, but I agree. If you wanted that much paracord then it's good for you, enjoy:)

on the RC3 to hide the paracord you oughta cover it with a Ranger band on the RC6 you could do the same or buy a Maxpedition single knife/magazine sheath and put it on using the cord & gives you the option to carry a folder or multi tool & firesteel

I thought about this. Where can I get the Ranger band?

I'll try to get some pictures of my Rc3 & RC4 set up with the Ranger band's .... LOL makes 'em sound cool huh ,Ranger bands...

You can try the cobra wrap. Not sure exactly how to do it on a sheath but it would look much better than that. There are some good videos on youtube.

i bookmarked this when you first posted it and just got to taking a picture. had the same problem, made a noose like design and wrapped over and over then tied it off at each end. then it tucks perfectly in the bottom molle straps of this countycomm bag. its got to be at least 30 feet compacted nicely.
