Hey everyone,

I recently have been having some health issues (don't worry, nothing too serious), but I have started making lots of paracord stuff to help pass some of the extra time I have on my hands. I like learning new knots and making cool stuff. Most of what I have learned comes from TIAT on YouTube and other internet sources. One thing I haven't been able to figure out is where people find all of the cool beads, fasteners, compases, etc. that people use to make paracord bracelets more functional or useful.

I am looking for some links to places where I can buy paracord at a good price, different kinds of fasteners, any little gadgets and gizmos that will help me improve my paracord stuff. I have seen people incorporate swedish fire steel, compases, etc. into their work and I would love to order a few of these things.

I don't have any intention of selling any of this stuff so if any of you paracord pros have any suggestions/links/cool paracord uses I would appreciate you sharing (either here or in a PM if you feel more comfortable).

Thanks,

Aaron

Here's a couple of sites:

paracord: http://www.vtarmynavy.com/

hardware: http://store.ryansproducts.com/
http://www.lighthound.com/Lanyard-Supplies_c_209.html

I've ordered from vtarmynavy and ryansproducts and am happy with their stuff, haven't tried lighthound yet. Those McGizmo clips are pretty cool (lighthound).

I made a nice key ring lanyard with a SS (http://store.ryansproducts.com/2spgasnhosts.html) to attach to a belt loop. This type clip lasts along time, the one I have is about 30 years old.

Have fun.
