I had the control board go out on my paragon furnace, and of course I needed to get my heat treat done ASAP. I called the customer service line when I broke for lunch. Every one that could help me had also left for lunch so I left my info and prepared to be ignored and deciding how angry I was going to be. A little before 2:00 I got a call back, after a little q&A it was deiced that it was a warranty call. After explaining my situation it came down to I would pay for the extra postage and they would cover everything els. Again resined that my week was shot because it would be at least friday before I got it. Again I was wrong! By noon the next day I had the part in my hand! In the box was new paper work and return shipping. For those that are thinking about a kiln I have nothing but great things to say about Paragon's customer service.
