Paramilitary 2 Black hardware question

I've been flirting for a while with the idea of getting a digicam/black blade version for my second PM2.

When looking at pics on the internet, I see some that have stainless hardware, and others where all the screws and liners are black. This seems to be the case with the black scales/black blade version as well.

Is the all black hardware the more recent iteration? I like the looks of the black hardware more.
 
The scales aren't actually black -- it's only the screws/blade. And yes, it's the most recent version of the PM2.
 
My most recent two black models have stainless hardware, despite the fact that the included
Edge-U-Cation paperwork states otherwise.
