Howdy,

I have a new Paramilitary 2 (my first), Sprint run CTS-20CP. I have switched it to tip up and have been carrying it for about a week in my right, front pocket. I don't like how much of the knife is exposed above the pocket edge and thought a low rider clip might be the answer.

Please share your feelings about the low rider clip method of carry for this knife, and which one you reccomend. Are there more than one option? Any pic's would be great.

Thanks in advance,

This one was done by STR and was a pleasure to carry and sat flush with the top of the pocket, however I let it go when I got the S90V sprint run P2.

I also have an STR made titanium clip for my Paramilitary 2 and I love it. I've had no problems with accessing and deploying the knife even though it rides much lower. I'm not aware of other options or clip makers. Anyway, here are some pics:

I don't have any pics, but I have an STR low ride clip on my CP20 para. Any para that I use will have one from now on.

STR makes a 1st class clip! If it is too much money for you, you can get a foldover from US Knife Makers. These will fit the standard three hole Spyderco's. This is what I put on my new Vallotton Sub Hilt Spydie.

I purchased a lowrider from STR, and it was perfect. I believe it was 4mm (maybe 5mm) above the center of the 2 left/right screws, but it was flush in pocket.

He has a sub forum here. Go there and fill out his form for a clip and email it to him.

I have a couple of STR's clips and find they are WELL worth the money. Plus he's a great guy to deal with.

Here's a picture of the Mini Clip, it's very nice. I ordered from the Sub Forum here, very easy.
