Hey there,
I'm new to the Spyderco world and I was wondering dose the Paramilitary 2 have steel liners ? I own the Manix 2 and the Native 5 and really like both of the knives and I want another Spyderco. Im trying to Deciding between the Paramilitary 2 or Military but I read that the Military dose not have any liners.

The para and the military both have partial liners.

Do yourself a favor and get a PM2! Great spydie platform. My m390 pm2 is my fav for EDc. If you want another solid spydie check out the original gayle Bradley. Best bang for your buck $ spydie in my opinion.....

You can't go wrong with the Para 2! It is just built from pure concentrated awesome.

+1 for Para 2
my first $100 knife and I don't regret it at all

I'd go with the Para 2 as well. The Compression Lock, 4 way clip positioning options and size makes it an easy decision for me.

I've used and looked at a ton of blades.

The Para 2 was my first Spyderco. I now have...to many of the the Para 2s

The Para2 is my fav production blade of all time.

I'd buy both, but would do the pm2 first. The Millie is easy enough to acquire...the para takes patience and some luck to get your hands on

Pm2 is the way to go it has nested liners and the knife is very very light for the size. The only reason i don't own a military is because it's tip down only

PM2 is a fantastic knife!
I believe due to the cutouts in the liners for weight reduction, they would be considered "skeletonized"

Here's a pretty good video by Solos Knife Reviews that shows the liners, as well as the compression lock in the PM2:

Love the PM2. I think tomorrow I will carry it. Along with the Military and GB..Ohh, and the Waved Endura..I think I have a problem
