Just received my PM2 in the mail the other day, opened it a couple of times and noticed a screw had fell out. Eventually the screw on the other side fell out as well, both of these were the stop pin screws next to the pivot. is it normal that they fall out so easily? what should i do to prevent them from ever falling out again? and would sending it to spyderco even be an option? thanks

Maybe they loosend during the shipment? They shoulnd fall out that quick, but with a bit of locktite it should be fine.
I have to tighten the screws of my PM2 also every 6 months. That is after hard use.

IMO...they shouldnt fall out at all! the way you phrase that, it sounds like its an acceptible thing. Are spydercos, famous for having screws falling out? If thats the case im putting my pm 2 up for sale!

The PM2 is kinda funky with how you have to have the screws to get it smooth. You have to mess around with them to get them just right and locktite them. Screws do move and become loose on knives over time. Its normal. But it is odd they fell out. Its possible they weren't adjusted just right from the factory and they need to be tightened. Or they just weren't locktited from the factory.

I used loctite and the stop pin screws havent loosened, which is good. Should i put loctite on the pivot screws? and if i mess with the pivot screws, will that help center the blade?

I put locktite on my stop pin and pivot screws. I'm not sure about the centering. You might want to search how to center it and try some of the ways people list. I never had to center mine so I'm not sure if the standard methods work with the PM2. I do know they are very finicky tho.
