Paramilitary 2 Screw replacements

Lost 2 body screws for Paramilitary 2. No response from spyderco [ I get it, they don't want to replace that stuff. You aren't supposed to take apart our knife. These were lost on the construction site from heavy use (my friends beats the shit out of knives, its okay though). Went to home depot to try and find replacements, it was a shot in the dark. Not much luck. I saw some on Ebay but not sure if that's the way to go. Does anyone have any recommendations? Are there any third party makers here on blade forums that sell custom ones with colors, etc? Thanks for your help!

Googled it and found a similar post on here. The post stated that the thread pattern was 2-56 for the clip and 4-40 for the body. Amazon sells machine scews that are inexpensive. Youll have to measure the length youself
