Paramilitary 2 tightness question.

I just got my Brown PM2 and I love everything about it. It is fairly tight/stiff opening and closing. Is this something common and loosens up over time or is it something I should just adjust the pivot for?

when i first got my para 2 it was extremely tight as well, i dropped a little oil in the pivot and that loosened it up quite a bit. adjusting the pivot may help as well, if its cranked down really tight it will make the action stiff. hope this helps, enjoy the knife!

I usually void my warranty anyhow, but I oiled and loosened the pivot here. Just enough where you can hold the lock down and the blade by its own weight acts like a plumb bob, but then a bit tighter so it doesn't.
