Paramilitary 2 with FRN Bidirectional Texturing?

I wouldn't care for it, but I understand if people want a lower-priced Para 2.

Not sure if the compression lock & the normal FRN flex is a good match. They are already inexpensive so can't see prices being much lower.

Spyderco Stretch (lockback though) is the closest thing to that.

There has been FRN compression locks in the past and will be more in the future. A new Lil Temp is in the works, first model will be in G10 and FRN models are surely to follow.

Probably never happens, with Millies and PM nested liner will only work well with G10 or Micarta type of material.

I was thinking of seeing if an endura blade would fit on a 79mm rescue handle. The rescue handle is very close to a P2. I think that the endura blade would be a little long, so it might require a regrind of the tip profile.

I've had quite a few Spyderco models in FRN...don't think I have any now. They just don't compete, except in initial price.

Nope. I wouldn't buy one. The Endura, Delica, & PM2 are great the way they are. No need to combine them.

There's always the Endura or Stretch. They don't cost that much less than the PM2 though, so I don't know that the PM2 would be significantly cheaper if it was FRN. It would still have to have liners for the lock to work.
