Paranoia over the "rescue" models???

Am I just nuts or does anyone else worry that it's only a matter of time until the wondrous "legislators" in our "great" country take a look at all the blunt tipped, serrated edge, slicey-dicey new models and get the idea that NO knives need points?

Not really. My greatest fear is that they will realize that the reason switchblades and gravity knives were singled out for severe regulation in many states was that, at the time, they were the ONLY locking folders that could be opened quickly and (somewhat) reliably with one hand and decide to expand the law to close the "loophole" created by today's technology and ban ALL one hand openers.

Ya got that right. That's why I love Arizona. Yeah, I have to sit here in my underwear at 4 in the morning because it's still too damn hot and humid to wear clothes, but at least I can play with my switchblades while I'm doing it.

Things might be bad in parts of the US, but it could be worse. My heart goes out to our friends in the UK, Canada, and Denmark.
